Magnolia allows you to use your existing tools: Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and Zoom, so the learning curve is minimal, which will make your experience for booking participant interviews completely seamless.
Participants get invited to a session via an already stored link or a public link. Emails get sent out from your Gmail or Outlook inbox - so they feel personal and authentic. Magnolia allows for reusable templates for all emails in the user research lifecycle — invitation, confirmation and thank you.
Sessions are always in sync with the schedule from your calendar and Zoom. Participants only see your available time slots and a session is automatically created as a calendar event. Once a session is over, the recording is transcribed to text.
All participant interview transcripts, artifacts and notes are in one place: a repository of knowledge. By highlighting and tagging snippets, you can turn them into insights. And finally, share your repository with stakeholders and other team members.
